About Braxton Brooks Fitness
From Open-Heart Surgery to Strength, Discipline, and Purpose
I was born with Tetralogy of Fallot, a rare congenital heart condition that led to open-heart surgery at just six months old. Doctors said I’d always be fragile—no contact sports, no high intensity, no real future in fitness.
But I refused to accept that as my story.
Instead of living limited, I chose to rise. Through years of discipline, training, and a deep pursuit of purpose, I transformed my greatest weakness into my greatest strength.
My journey led me to:
- Compete in NCAA Division II basketball at Emmaus Bible College
- Play Division I lacrosse at Washington State University
- Earn a B.S. in Kinesiology, specializing in movement and recovery
Now, I help others do the same—build a body that reflects the calling on their life. Because I’ve learned this:
Your body will always rise to the level of your mindset and your mission.
If you’re ready to lead yourself with strength and clarity, I’m here to walk that path with you.
WHY TRAIN WITH ME?
⚔️ If you’ve tried everything— I’ll help you find what’s been missing—often, it’s not your body, it’s your beliefs.
⚔️ If you want to walk in biblical masculinity— I’ll guide you in leading your body, mind, and mission with clarity and conviction.
I don’t just help people get in shape—I help them step into who they were created to be. With a background in performance, rehabilitation, and spiritual leadership, I guide men and women through physical transformation that’s built on discipline, identity, and biblical truth. Whether you’re an athlete, a professional, or someone seeking purpose—I’m here to help you lead yourself from the inside out.

My Training Philosophy
STRENGTH FROM THE HEART
Transformation isn’t just physical—it’s spiritual. True strength begins with your heart posture, because as Jesus taught, “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” What’s rooted in you will rise through you. This coaching isn’t just about reps—it’s about renewal. It’s built on biblical principles, physical precision, and inner mastery.
🙏 Prayer and presence come first—every rep is an opportunity to draw closer to God
🧠 Mindset is ministry—“Death and life are in the power of the tongue” (Proverbs 18:21)📿 Habits shape your future—we anchor routines that reflect identity, not insecurity
🔥 Tension creates transformation—we train with purpose, not performance
🍽️ Self-control starts at the table—your habits around food reflect your spiritual discipline
🌬️ Breath is control—your breathing dictates your stress, strength, and focus
⚡ Isometrics reveal integrity—where stillness meets explosive potential
💪 Every weakness is an opportunity—what the world calls broken, God calls buildable
🌅 Every session is sacred—you should leave feeling stronger in body, clearer in mind, and more aligned in spirit
